Guest Ratings & Reviews
During my stay in Yangon, the hotel offered spacious, clean, and very comfortable rooms overlooking the lagoon. The service was polite and courteous, making it one of the best hospitality hotels in town. The location was pretty good, with quick access to most sites in Yangon, though there aren't many restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a great variety of international standards at good value. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers wonderful and comfortable beds and pillows, but unfortunately, the room had broken bedsprings and a persistent unpleasant smell despite attempts to freshen the air. The location near the Royal Lake is expansive and serene, perfect for those wanting to be away from the hustle. The dining experience provides a variety of choices, although it was somewhat bland on this occasion.
The hotel offers luxury rooms with fantastic views of Shwedagon Pagoda and Kandawgyi Lake. The service is top-notch with very attentive and helpful staff. The location is perfect for exploring famous pagodas and landmarks while enjoying the breathtaking lake views. The dining experience was great, although the buffet area could be larger. Overall, a great value for just over $100 per night with breakfast included.
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The rooms were spacious, modern, and equipped with all the facilities I needed. The service was top-notch, the location was convenient, and the dining experience offered a great variety of dishes. However, the price for dining was a bit on the higher side. The facilities were impressive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel rooms were well-appointed, luxurious, and provided a dedicated check-in lounge with snacks and free drinks, perfect for our busy schedule. The location near the Royal Lake was quiet and convenient for exploring the downtown area.
Staying at the hotel was a luxurious experience with spacious and clean rooms offering a pagoda view. The facilities provided all the amenities one would expect in a high-class hotel, ensuring a very comfortable and luxurious stay. Although the price was on the higher side, the value for money was evident.
My stay at this hotel was not the cheapest option, but I can guarantee it was worth every penny. The rooms, despite a lingering smell even after attempts to freshen them up, were incredibly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.
The hotel is ideally located with a beautiful view of Inya Lake and partial Schwedagon Pagoda. The rooms are spacious, nice, and include a pillow menu, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The service is very attentive and friendly, although slightly biased towards Western guests. The dining experience offers a delicious mix of international and local cuisine. The facilities are top-notch, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is not the cheapest but absolutely recommended and 100% guaranteed to be worth every penny. The rooms come with a huge balcony and a magnificent view, are big, beds are comfortable, and full of everything you need. The service is extremely friendly and helpful, especially at the club's lounge and reception. The location is nice, especially for a city hotel, but a little far from the main sights. The dining had a very wide range of food buffet that was top quality, but could be more diverse. Overall, I had an amazing stay in this hotel.
The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the lake, offering a perfect Pagoda view from the 7th floor rooms that are gorgeous but very hot and stuffy. The bar fridge in the room is a nice touch, however.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfortable luxury in the rooms and clean surroundings but with some cleanliness issues. The food served in the restaurants was good, although there were some areas for improvement. The view from the room was truly spectacular, overlooking the central lake and famous pagoda.
Staying in a deluxe room with a stunning lake view was fantastic. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and equipped with good amenities, making for a super clean and comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with warm hospitality and a true reflection of Asian culture. The location, near the Shwedagon Pagoda and Royal Lake, adds to the beauty, making it a preferred spot in Yangon. The dining experience exceeded expectations. However, the food options could be more diverse. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were made perfect by the attentive, friendly, and well-trained staff, which made them very nice, spacious, and beautiful, including an excellent en suite. The service was superb, especially thanks to Jimmy, Patrick, Rio, and Lucy. They were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, alongside the very helpful concierge team and the fantastic location next to the lake. The location in Yangon was great, near many embassies and landmarks. The dining experience was good, with a nice view on the top floor and well-prepared Asian and western options. The facilities added to the overall experience, providing convenience and quality. Overall, a great value for money.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel with a just gorgeous lake view from the room. The rooms are beautiful and fantastic, although a bit small. The service was extremely hospitable, with the ladies who cleaned the room always greeting us warmly each morning. The location by Inya Lake was perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Yangon, offering a peaceful ambience and a good walkable distance to Shwedagon Pagoda.
The hotel offers a mix of great views from the balcony overlooking the pagoda and a window view of the lake and pool, spacious rooms that could use a bit of an upgrade with powerful showers, and a good quality breakfast buffet. The service is welcoming and helpful overall, with exceptions noted. The location is beautiful but a little difficult to access, yet ideal for exploring Yangon. The dining experience is wonderful, especially the breakfast assortment, but the facilities need some improvement.
